Designed by me to help you track your fuzzy's meds and weight with additional space for notes and naughty lists, or use for pet-sitter information about feeding, meds and other info.

These are A4 with 25 pages per pad.  I like to have a record of what my ratties have had meds-wise, and dosages, and the planners available online were sooo bland and not always how I wanted them to be laid out so I designed my own :)
